  • Proactive monitoring runs 24/7 automatically and requires a valid mobile number for SMS alerts.
  • 4-hour eSLA upgrade available for +$60.00/month (same 7am-9pm window).
  • Services are provided under our Standard Form of Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice. We will notify you of any price changes.
